Sourcing activities, including outreach, screening, and profile review and are conducted exclusively for the specific role(s) associated with that engagement. If a candidate is not selected or the search concludes without placement, their personal information is retained only for the limited period necessary to close out the engagement, after which it is retained only for the period reasonably necessary to complete the engagement and satisfy legal, regulatory, insurance or record retention obligations, after which it is securely archived in accordance with Company policy.
